Training: Best in class Customer Service
A French multinational insurance firm with over 150,000 employees worldwide was looking to have their customer service truly embody their competitive advantage, and thus decided to train all of their employees in Mexico.
As part of the trainer team, Hareen facilitated workshops all over the country. These workshops were highly interactive in order to ensure an integrated learning experience which goes beyond theoretical concepts.
