Coaching

The ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Training

The constantly changing environment creates the demand for changing and developing skills in the workforce. While coaching is about enhancing or developing knowledge (with an ask approach), training is about transferring knowledge (with a tell approach). Training means teaching someone a particular knowledge, skill or behavior.

In our trainings we offer a blended approach which integrates the best of both, coaching and training. Our trainings are customized to your needs and are very interactive in order to guarantee an integral learning process.

Mindfulness

Studies show that Mindfulness is a key tool for personal and organizational success.

Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally. With exercises you train your mind to be focused and aware, while you observe with curiosity your thoughts, your feelings and your body. You learn how to accept your current experience as an opportunity to learn and grow, how to adapt to challenging external situations, and you will get out of the crisis much stronger.

Managing Stress

Stress limits our ability to think long-term (vision) and to open up for new perspectives (creative solutions). Take advantage of our individual and group sessions to become a leader (or team) who is fully present at work and therefore is much more effective, more productive, and makes better decisions for the team and the organization.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

Meet your coach

Hareen Melanie Maiwald

Hareen is German and considers herself a citizen of the world as she has lived in 6 countries and is fluent in Spanish, German and English. She has a degree in European Economics with an MBA from Sweden. Due to her passion for personal and professional development, she completed a two-year coaching training certification program as an Ontological Coach with organizational specialization at the Institute Gestalt (Spain) and People Tech Solutions (USA). She is ACC (Associate Certified Coach) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Hareen is also certified in systemic work (USA).

She has more than 10 years of professional experience in multinational corporations (Fortune500), including management positions where she led global teams, and where she also served as an internal coach. She is an expert in building bridges between different cultures, and between organizational

productivity and human well-being. Hareen has been working internationally as Coach and Trainer for 6 years, helping leaders and their teams maximize their potential in a VUCA world with a strengths-based approach.She cares deeply about the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health of her teams, collaborators and clients. She has experience coaching organizations in industries such as Technology, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Engineering, Consumer Products and Services in Europe and Latin America.

Hareen was President of the International Coaching Federation Mexico in 2019, the largest organization worldwide that promotes professional coaching and offers independent accreditation that meets the highest standards of the profession. Hareen has worked vigorously positioning Professional Coaching in the Mexican and Latin American ecosystem.
