Strengths-based virtual Team Development
An American multinational corporation, a leader in 3D design, engineering and entertainment software, was looking for a virtual team building activity after a new manager had joined their European Sales Management Team in Barcelona. The performance of the team has been solid, and their leader wanted to make sure that they kept thriving with the new member on board. So we proposed to do the CliftonStrengths™ assessment as basis for a strengths-based team development activity, which was something new for them and would increase the awareness of their individual and collective strengths.
We organized a two-hour virtual team workshop, and followed-up with individual Coaching sessions to deepen the understanding of their strengths and explore how they help facing current challenges.
CliftonStrengths™ is an assessment which changes the way people see, communicate and relate with one another. When we focus on strengths, employees are 6 times more likely to be engaged in work. Seeing people through a lens of strengths, we can now assume their activity is coming from a place of strength, not weakness or opposition. Communicating to others through strengths will help us choose what we say and how we say it. Relating to others through strengths, builds a greater sense of belonging and connection to one another, enabling a higher level of collaboration.

The strengths-based team workshop was extremely valuable to drive self-awareness and focus. What Hareen did was to elevate, increase and catalyze the power and impact across our team!
